Lemnly is operated by Sooties LLC (Wyoming, USA). By creating an account you accept these terms. They’re written in plain language because contracts written in legalese are how nobody ends up knowing what they agreed to.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older.
• One account per human, please.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login secure.

What we ask of you

• Don’t use Lemnly to harass, defraud, or break the law.
• Don’t upload copyrighted text you don’t have the right to import. Personal use of books and articles you own or have lawful access to is fine; redistribution is not.
• Don’t try to break the service.

Beta status & pricing

Lemnly is currently in beta and free to use. When paid plans launch, existing users will get advance notice and a chance to opt in.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee a specific number while in beta. Convex hosts the backend.

Termination

You can leave any time and export your data first. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms; we’ll tell you why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. For anything you can’t figure out from this page, please email hello@sooties.com.
